Site Manager

The Site Manager leads and organizes all production site-based operations and teams.

He/she reports to the Operations Director and evaluates, proposes, and supervises the execution of investments and actions essential for achieving goals and simplifying operations while guaranteeing the rigorous adherence of the Group’s ESG standards.

Head of Exploration

Under the technical direction of the Director of Geo sciences, the Head of Exploration is responsible for interpreting geophysical data for production regions, exploration licenses, and potential launch zones for new projects. He/she plans and starts geophysical initiatives (acquisition, handling, interpretation) for the purpose of gaining exploration and production permits, and generally strives to enhance the management of the assets held under these licenses.

Head of Geology


The Head of Geology oversees geological activities pertaining to numerous disciplines, including both research and operations. He/she serves as a guide for other geologists’ (surveys/studies/reports) work. He/she serves as a guide for other geologists’ (surveys/studies/reports) He/she supervises the gathering and analysis of geological data necessary for drilling and production.

Production Engineer

The Production Engineer provides optimum production in accordance with ESG requirements by ensuring the proper operation of the well activation systems and surface installations. He conducts research with the aim of enhancing manufacturing processes and reducing operational expenses.

Reservoir Engineer

The reservoir engineer gathers and analyses reservoir and well performance data, in addition to dynamic reservoir modeling, in order to generate production predictions and offer solutions and actions to increase output.

ESG Manager

The ESG Manager provides guidance to the subsidiary’s general management and is responsible for implementing the “Environment, Safety, and Governance” policy. The purpose is to support exploration and production activities by ensuring that facilities and procedures adhere to health, safety, security, and environmental preservation regulations.

Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintaining the correct operation of production-related resources, mechanical and electrical equipment, instruments, and machines.

In accordance with the ongoing growth of activities, he/she executes a corrective and preventive maintenance plan on the site and leads the assigned teams.

Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor manages all production processes on the field level. He/she ensures the continuation of production activities by using studies performed by engineers (production, reservoir, geologist) on deposits and wells in the field.
