Church & Crawford is an oil and gas exploration and development (E&D) company founded in 1988 to acquire, develop, and operate oil and gas assets with proven reserves. The company’s current management reformed the company in early March 2022, after a change in ownership. Focusing on proven fields operated by well-managed independent oil firms that produce reserves at a lower risk and lower cost than unproven prospects offers services to third-party operators and partners. We also concentrate on foreign regions where big oil and gas producers have lowered exploring activities in quest of greater reserves. Currently, we operate a Leasehold of approximately 4,300 acres in close proximity to one of Oklahoma’s best reservoirs “STACK play” in the Anadarko Basin, one of the best unconventional oil plays in the United States with plenty of historical reports and geological data available with the potential to generate material value for investors by appraising and developing a combination of discovered resources and near field exploration interests. Church & Crawford has financial backing from its majority shareholder American Funds LTC.
Church & Crawford will continue to reactivate dormant wells, maximizing our existing oil and gas output via higher production rates, lower costs, and enhanced recovery processes. As indicated before, the operating strategy remains the same, and with the assistance of our affiliates, we will continue to concentrate on reserve value development and asset divestment to other organizations, such as Master Limited Partnerships, willing to pay premiums for dependable and optimized output (MLPs).
